Russia and Turkey may soon sign an agreement lifting bilateral visa requirements, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday.

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio da Silva will visit Russia on May 13-14, the Kremlin said on Wednesday.

Da Silva will visit Moscow at the invitation of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

Russian-Brazilian top-level talks will take place on May 14.
