Kyrgyzstan is a presidential republic. President is the Head of State. Cabinet of Ministers is appointed by the President on the Prime Minister recommendation. The legistative power is represented by the bicameral Parliament (Jorgorku Kenesh), which consists of the Assembly of People’s Representatives and the Legislative Assembly.
