The International Center for Human Development (ICHD) was established in March, 2000 and since then has been considered one of the unique think tanks in the South Caucasus. During its eventful six year history it has always adhered to its main principles and objectives, namely to unite the most prominent representatives of the public, scientific, cultural, and business sectors of the region, to strengthen the democratic mechanisms and to foster free market values, while simultaneously crafting regional collaboration and economic development strategies for the countries of the Caucasus.

Institute for Civil Society and Regional Development is a non-governmental independent analytical center. It was founded in 2001 in Yerevan by a group of analysts whose studies were successfully tested by many international forums, as part of grant programs and they were issued as monographic and other publications. Many employees of the Institute teach in the Armenian universities, for many years they have been members of UNDP Expert Club. They are involved by the local organizations in consultations.

“Noravank” (scientific and educational foundation) - www.noravank.am,
Noravank Foundation was established in 2001 with the purpose of elaboration of the programs, which are aimed to facilitate the development of both the state and society of Republic of Armenia. Problems of education, fundamental science and expansion of innovative fields are among the important targets of these investigations. At the same time, “Noravank“ collaborates with individual researchers focused on the problems of Armenian studies, social psychology and civilization development of the society.
The Armenian Center for National and International Studies was founded in 1994. It is the institutional initiative of Raffi K. Hovannisian, Armenia's first Minister of Foreign Affairs. The institute focuses in its research on a comprehensive agenda of foreign and public policy issues, which are articulated analytically in political and academic arenas around the world.
In June 2001 at the "Association of Investigative Journalists" established the investigative center "Region". It unifies the journalist-analysts and political scientists involved in the issues concerning the Caucasian region.
"Region" studies the issues concerning cooperation, security and integration of the South Caucasian countries. The analytical articles by the "Region" center are periodically published in Armenian and foreign press, placed on the "Association of Investigative Journalists" website "Hetq". It also studies the Armenian, Georgian and Azeri mass media, cooperates with the investigative-political science, journalist-professional, non-governmental organizations of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia and other countries, carries out joint projects with them, initiates discussions of socially important issues concerned with the South Caucasian countries, supports wide information exchange between the South Caucasian countries, creation of a common informational field and effective collaboration in the region.
Civil Society Institute (CSI) is a non-governmental organization based in Yerevan which aims to assist and promote the establishment of a free and democratic society in Armenia. Established in 1998 and formerly known as Civil Society Development Union, CSI has implemented a series of programs, research and publications surrounding the principles of democracy and human rights.
The activities of CSI are geared towards increasing the efficacy of governmental bodies as well as non-governmental organizations while simultaneously supporting the development of civil society.
